Patience to Succeed The great thing about fitness, exercise and improving your overall health is that it is never to late to start.

Stay consistent and take small steps to try and achieve an exercise goal of 30 minutes a day 3 or 4 days a week. Keep it simple, fun and convenient. Don't push yourself beyond your limits. Have patience and with time your strength, stamina and overall health will all improve.
