Meal Portions Watching your portions every time you eat can have a great impact on overall weight if you stay consistent. Try not to let your eyes be larger that your appetite and remember you don't have to finish everything on your plate. Every time we eat we burn calories by converting the food into fuel. Eating smaller meals 4 or 5 times a day is a very effective way of using our natural body function to help us loose or maintain weight.
