With this in mind, don't get distracted by fad two week diets or new and improved infomercials that promise the world and don't deliver. Stay to the basics. Eat health types of food, avoiding pops and candy. Exercise in some way shape or form at least three times a week. Get plenty of sleep, six to seven and a half hours a day. Drink plent of liquids, water. Keep a positive attitude, always. Last, stay consistent. Follow these basic guide lines and you will start to see results. Yes, it's that simple.
