Turn off the television. The typical dad in the U.S.A spends twent hours a week watching T.V. Turn it off and motivate yourself and your loved ones. Take charge of your future, thirty minutes a day away from television isn't going to kill you. Use that extra half hour for anything, playing with your kids, walking with your spouse, walking the dog or any other activity that gets you up and mobile.
