Burning Calories. As you know exercise and physical activity are a great way to burn off extra calories. But did you know that along with those ways there are easy ways to burn extra calories as well. One of the easy ways is to drink a pint of COLD water. Research has shown the our bodies burn up to 300 calories just by drinking one pint of cold water. It takes energy to warm the water that we take in so the body goes to work warming the water and in the process burns calories.
