Burn more clories! If you want to start burning more calories instead of storing them, feed your body well and feed it often. Eating 2 or 3 larg meals a day isn't going to accomplish this, your body burns calories every time you eat. Changing how often you eat and what you eat can have a powerfull impact on how your body works for you. Rev up your metabolism by eating 4 to 6 meals a day, balance them with protein, fruits and veggies, and a little fat such as walnuts or almonds, or oils like olive oil.
