Move Start finding ways to move more in your day to day normal routine.

THis can be done with simple habit changin steps, stop taking the elevator and escalators just because they are convient, the stairs are right in front of you , use them. Start parking your car as far away from the entrance to where ever you are going, your car will be safer from dents and you will have increased your exercise without disrupting your normal day. When you get home don't tell your kids you are to tired to play with them, they can use the bonding time and you will get some quality exercise with realizing it. Continue finding more ways to move around and soon you will want to take it to the next step
