Keep your Feet Fit. With walking, running, hiking or aerobics, keep your feet comfortable.

This goes for work as well as working out.

Choose the proper shoe or boot for the job. Your toes should be able to wiggle freely in in your shoes or boots. Keep your feet dry by wearing some type of acrylic based sock, such as Coolmax or Dri-FIT, this wicks away moisture to help keep your feet dry and blister free.
