Health Takes Time. We are getting quite a few emails from people who are discourged because of the lack of progress they are seeing?First, the progress you are overlooking is the fact that you have made a decision to improve your life and your health. That is awsome progress.
Now give it time, you only fail when you give up! Two or three weeks is not enough time to judge progress, it's taken you your whole life (years) to get out of shape. Six months is a good progress evaluation point. And ten years is the standard amount of time you should give yourself in order to really see what this lifestyle can do for you. Hang in there, you will be pleased with the results.
