New smoking habits Every one is aware of the health risks smoking creates for the smoker and for the people around them. Smoking however is one of the hardest habits to break.

Today take small strides toward what you talk about but can't do. When smoking, get into the habit of smoking only half of your cigarett and in a couple of weeks only smoke one quarter of your cigarett. This will take time but will get your body ready for the final step and that is to finally lay them down for good. You will pat yourself on the back for doing this because it is a major health goal to accomplish.
